Australia's Trade Deficit Approaches Record

Australia posted its second-largest trade deficit on record in January as imports rose and floods disrupted exports of coal. The shortfall widened to 2.72 billion Australian dollars ($2.5 billion) from a revised 1.94 billion in December, the Bureau of Statistics said.
