Michelle Jordan has been named the Chair of the National Hispanic Corporate Council. Jordan, a long standing member of the NHCC brings to this position vast experience in Hispanic community relations. "I am looking forward to Chairing this highly professional and strategic organization for the next two years. We have plans to implement a vision that will take NHCC to the next level. Our April meeting at State Farm Headquarters in Bloomington, Illinois will see some of these activities unveiled. These enhancements demonstrate our commitment to providing our members with leading edge corporate best practices."
Jordan is Senior Manager, Strategic Community Partnerships for PepsiCo, Inc. She is currently responsible for managing national corporate community strategic relationships while strengthening the reputation of the company as a premier corporate citizen. She leads the development of key partnerships with select national community-based organizations. Jordan creates opportunities by building high level relationships with external organizations, recommending, developing, implementing and/or facilitating internal and external relations, strategies, alliances and programs. She has been with the company since 1984.
Jordan is a graduate of Mercy College, and is working towards her masters at PACE University. She serves on the corporate advisory board for the Organization of Chinese Americans, League of United Latin American Citizen, YMCA Camping Services Board and is past Chair for the 4C's, Corporate Community Contributions Council. Jordan is also certified in Corporate Community Relations through Boston College.
