BIO-Asia Partnering Conference 2008 to Bring Together Biotechnology Leaders from North America, Europe and Asia

Fifth Annual Partnering Conference to be held January 28-29 in Tokyo
Executives from biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific region will meet to explore business opportunities at the fifth annual BIO-Asia Partnering Conference. Hosted by the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO), the customized partnering forum will take place January 28-29, 2008 at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Japan.
Two well-known and respected industry leaders will present luncheon keynote speeches at the event. Toshinari Tamura, Ph.D., representative director, executive vice president and chief science officer of Astellas Pharma Inc., will deliver the luncheon keynote on Monday, January 28, and James C. Mullen, president and chief executive officer of Biogen Idec, Inc. will deliver the luncheon keynote on Tuesday, January 29.
Thought provoking panel sessions add depth to the program, with sessions including:
