Expansion to Capture Greater Growth Opportunities in and from India

IBER, Inc. (NYSE:CBR) today announced it has opened a new office in the city of Chennai, the capital of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. The Chennai office will be the eighth office in the Asia/Pacific region for CIBER, which has more than 80 offices worldwide.
"Our new office in Chennai represents a strategic investment in CIBER's global operations, as the need to provide information technology (IT) services from Chennai is increasing," said Shashank Joshi, President of CIBER India. "The Chennai office will offer application development, application management and application testing services to our U.S. and other international clients."
"We have operated in Bangalore (India) for several years, and are continuing to add to our off-shore presence. CIBER's clients in the U.S. and Europe are asking us to do more with them, both domestically and off-shore. Our new Chennai office will assist us in helping more clients with assignments that require on-site / off-shore solutions. We are very pleased that that we are able to continue our success of global delivery for our clients by opening the Chennai office," said Mac Slingerlend, President and Chief Executive Officer of CIBER.
Located in southern India, Chennai (formerly known as Madras) is home to 7.5 million people. It is the fourth largest city in India, and among the largest cities in the world.
