Launches: R$ 1,573.6 million (increase of 132.1%);
Pre-Sales Contracts: R$ 1,058.2 million (increase of 149.5%);
Net Revenue: R$ 414.8 million (increase of 78.2%);
Gross Profit: R$ 180.5 million (increase of 82.1%);
Gross Margin: 43.5 % (vs. 42.6% in 3Q06);
EBITDA: R$ 110.4 million (increase of 318.6%);
EBITDA Margin: 26.6 % (vs. 11.3% in 3Q06);
Net Margin: 21.7% (vs. 13.4% in 3Q06).
